Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Test Operator to join our team in testing lift equipment on our outdoor track. This role involves operating various machinery in diverse weather conditions, ensuring all equipment functions optimally and safely.
2nd Shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift - 11:00pm-7:30am - Sunday night through Friday morning, Friday night is the OT shift

Responsibilities
+ Test lift equipment on the outdoor track.
+ Operate machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, bulldozers, and excavators.
+ Ensure equipment is mechanically sound by performing routine checks like oil levels and tire changes.
+ Adhere to safety protocols, especially at heights and in varying weather conditions.
+ Work a mandatory six-day week when work is available.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to operate machinery including forklifts and heavy equipment.
+ Mechanically sound with knowledge of basic maintenance tasks.
+ Experience in construction, material handling, or similar fields.
+ Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
+ Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
+ Free of depth perception issues that cannot be corrected by glasses.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience from landscape companies or farms operating equipment.
+ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Environment
Work outdoors on the R&D test track, exposed to weather conditions ranging from very cold to very hot, including rain and snow. The role operates on shifts: , 2nd Shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with Friday / Saturday shifts as required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
