Job Description
Join a leading precision metal fabrication company renowned for serving diverse industries including Aerospace, Medical, Appliance, Defense Contracting, and Architectural sectors. Specialize in TIG welding on 20-gauge stainless steel, contributing to production welding projects.
Responsibilities
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel with precision and accuracy.
+ Engage in production welding to meet industry standards.
+ Interpret and execute tasks based on blueprints and fabrication plans.
Essential Skills
+ 3 years of TIG welding experience on stainless steel.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Experience in fabrication and MIG welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2 years of experience in blueprint reading.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, clean shop with an optional overtime policy. The position is for the 2nd shift, running Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The company offers a $2 premium for off shifts, and employees can progress through four levels of welders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
