    Job Description

    Join our team as a Level 1 Clean Room Assembly/Operator, where you will work in a clean room environment. This role requires adherence to strict cleanliness protocols, including wearing gowns, full masks, gloves, hair nets, and booties. You will operate at a machine station, performing various duties such as loading medical or filter components, monitoring machines, inspecting parts visually, packaging, labeling, sorting, and more. Your work will support the production of respiratory filters, oxygen concentrators, bacterial disc filters, pre-bypass filters, and HEPA filters. You will follow work instructions and document processes according to work orders. The role involves standing for 10 hours and utilizing small hand tools and custom machines.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate at a machine station in a clean room environment.

    + Load medical or filter components and monitor machines.

    + Visually inspect, package, label, and bag parts.

    + Sort, trim, and perform other duties based on machine station needs.

    + Follow work instructions and perform check-offs and documentation.

    + Use small hand tools and custom machines for assembly processes.

    + Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly tasks.

    + Operate basic machines for trimming, fixture assembly, or bagging.

    + Count, sort, or label components as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Production assembly and machine operation experience.

    + Attention to detail and hand dexterity.

    + Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

    + Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.

    + Capability to stand for 10 hours.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Manufacturing experience.

    + Medical assembly experience.

    + Clean room experience.

    + Experience reading process sheets or SOPs.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment, with the possibility of working in both clean room and non-clean room areas. Clean room work requires full gowning, including hair/beard nets and eye protection, with no jewelry or makeup allowed. Safety steel toe boots and safety glasses are mandatory. The facility is organized and requires standing for 10 hours per shift. First shift hours are 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional mandatory Fridays.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
