    •️** **What You’ll Do

    + Assemble electrical and mechanical components into finished products using hand tools and process equipment

    + Cross-train in key areas: mechanical assembly, electronics, soldering, microscope work, testing, and finishing

    + Use screwdrivers, torque wrenches, adhesives, and chemicals to complete detailed assemblies

    + Perform hand soldering and electronic testing on final products

    + Operate computer workstations for documentation and quality tracking

    + Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet exact specifications

    + Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and maintain a clean, organized workspace

    •** **What You Bring

    + Experience with PCB or small-part assembly

    + Skilled in using hand tools, soldering irons, and torque wrenches

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

    + High attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    •** **Preferred Qualifications

    + Diploma or certification in a related technical field

    + IPC/J-STD soldering certification

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
