    Job Title: Machinist

    Job Description

    As a Machinist, you will interpret blueprints to program and set up CNC Mazak machines. You will be responsible for machining parts for various orders, piece work, and machinery repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Program CNC machines using Mazatrol.

    + Set up workpieces for machining.

    + Perform regular maintenance on machinery.

    + Conduct first article inspections to ensure quality.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in CNC Programming.

    + 3+ years of experience utilizing Mazatrol.

    + 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Ability to use micrometers and calipers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Mazak and Mazatrol machines.

    + Familiarity with CNC mills and lathes.

    + Knowledge in blueprint reading and interpretation.

    + Experience in aluminum fabrication.

    For over 40 years, the company has been manufacturing water and fuel tanks, coal haulers, bottom-dump trailers, and equipment transports for use in construction and mining applications worldwide.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
