Job Title: Hilo Driver
Job Description
As a Hilo Driver, you will spend most of your day operating the hilo and assisting with production work whenever needed. This includes tasks such as gluing parts together and assembly. Your main responsibility will involve loading body and white machinery onto 53' flatbed semis, requiring knowledge and skill in this area.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a sit-down propane hilo efficiently and safely.
+ Load manufacturing equipment onto 53' flatbed trailers.
+ Assist with assembly and general production duties, covering approximately 25% of your day.
+ Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating a sit-down propane hilo.
+ Experience in loading equipment onto flatbed trailers.
+ Ability to work 10-hour days from Monday to Friday, with occasional 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Willingness to perform assembly and general production tasks.

Work Environment
This role is based in Plant 10, a manufacturing environment where you will be surrounded by a team dedicated to production excellence. The work schedule includes 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional 8-hour shifts on weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
