Job Description

Join a dynamic team in Anoka, MN as an Entry Level Assembler. This role offers you the opportunity to work on the assembly of copper piping and rubber tubing for High-Density Liquid Cooling products. With openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, you will be engaged in a hands-on role that requires the use of hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and the development of skills like brazing and grinding.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for High-Density Liquid Cooling products.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.

+ Learn and perform brazing on copper piping.

+ Grind and finish assembled products.

+ Work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Capability to stand throughout the entire shift.

+ Desire to enter the manufacturing industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.

+ Knowledge or experience working with tools.

Work Environment

Work in a very large, high-speed manufacturing environment that is not an assembly line. The facility is clean but can become hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. Expect to stand for the duration of your shift and engage in various hands-on tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
