    Job Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will assist in the assembly and production of mechanical pipe plugs, testing plugs, and bypass plugs. You will follow work instructions and perform basic inspections of each plug. Additionally, you will be involved in kitting and packaging products throughout the day. This role requires the use of various hand and power tools to build plugs, as well as loading raw plug bodies into molds and other equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the assembly and production of mechanical pipe plugs, testing plugs, and bypass plugs.

    + Follow work instructions and perform basic inspections of each plug.

    + Work in kitting and packaging products as needed.

    + Use a variety of hand and power tools to build plugs.

    + Load raw plug bodies into molds and other equipment.

    + Stand comfortably for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs multiple times.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, general labor, or assembly.

    + Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and power tools.

    + Ability to read blueprints and perform inspections.

    + Skill in machine operation and packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor.

    This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
