We are looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians that are looking for an opportunity to work in the commercial space!

Job Description

+ Will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.

+ Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.

+ Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location.

+ Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

+ Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.

+ Perform new facility set-ups in addition to existing facility retro fits.

Skills & Qualifications

+ HVAC systems expertise: Strong understanding of air conditioning theory, mechanical layouts, and pipe fitting. (ideally 5 years of HVAC experience)

+ Troubleshooting & diagnostics: Ability to identify and resolve issues using tools, software, and engineering specs.

+ Commissioning & repair: Experience with starting up, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.

+ Comfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and cutting-edge software.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to provide customer service onsite

+ Open to being on feet for extended periods of time

+ Must be willing to maneuver in small areas

+ Safety Compliant

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
