Job Description Now Hiring: Carpenter, Full-Time Role

Craftsman will be working on new construction projects. The company focuses on new buildings and renovations/remodels to commercial and industrial properties as well. Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing - Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process - Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

+ Rough framing

+ Steel stud, wood framing and pre fab walls

+ Hanging, setting and installing cabinets, windows, doors, trim

+ Working on commercial job sites

+ Steel Erecting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At minimum of 1-4 years of professional rough or finish carpentry experience (pay is dependent on experience)

+ Hand tools and PPE

+ Good communication skills, reliability, accountability, and the desire to work hard and grow

+ Reliable transportation to work daily

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
