Job Description
We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team. The position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
+ Inspect and test equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
+ Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
+ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
+ Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $81016.00/yr.
There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.

-401k, will match dollar for dollar for 3% then match 50% for next 2%
