Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will manage the cleaning program for the Home Office facility and grounds. This role involves overseeing day porter services, specialty area cleaning, managing and procuring cleaning supplies, as well as administering the global parcel contract. The technician will also be responsible for managing receiving, distribution, and shipping at the Home Office, maintaining shipping accounts, and providing ongoing training. Other duties include managing warehouse inventory, administrating seating assignments, vehicle checkouts, and assisting with building automation systems.
Responsibilities
+ Directly oversee day porter services and specialty area cleaning.
+ Procure and manage all cleaning supplies.
+ Administer the global parcel contract and manage all aspects of receiving, distribution, and shipping.
+ Maintain inventory in the warehouse and control the flow of items.
+ Select all standard stock items.
+ Administer seating assignments and maintain the corporate address book.
+ Coordinate maintenance on checkout fleet vehicles.
+ Troubleshoot building conditions and adjust building automation systems.
+ Communicate with key customers to assess needs and adjust service level agreements.
+ Check-in parcels, sort, and make timely deliveries throughout the facility.
+ Follow a task calendar and set up/reset conference rooms for meetings and events.
+ Execute partner move requests including setting up computer equipment and furniture.
+ Perform basic maintenance requests and inventory cycle counts.
+ Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments including perishable products.
+ Manage and perform all partner sales processes.
+ Check-in contractors, visitors, and new hires, and perform safety briefings.
+ Respond to calls and emails from the Facilities Management line.
+ Assist with scheduling and coordination of events.
+ Manage Facilities announcements on the company intranet site.
+ Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans.
+ Audit and establish processes to meet customer requirements.
+ Review and address incidents where procedures are not met.

+ Facilities maintenance experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in actual facilities/industrial maintenance is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
The work environment offers a flexible start time, typically beginning at 7 AM but with the option to start at 8:30 AM if needed. The role operates within both office and warehouse settings.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
