CNC Machinist – Precision Meets Innovation

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll work with advanced multi-axis CNC lathes and Mazatrol conversational programming to create precision components that power industries worldwide.
What You’ll Do
+ Program directly from prints using Mazatrol, setting zero points, offsets, and tool registers
+ Perform your own setups and produce high-quality parts with minimal supervision
+ Interpret detailed blueprints and GD&T specifications to plan machining operations
+ Install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, and fixtures for optimal performance
+ Verify accuracy through measurements, first-run checks, and buddy inspections
+ Support the CNC team and step into a leadership role when needed
What You Bring
+ 4+ years of CNC setup experience and programming from print
+ Strong knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc systems
+ Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and machining processes
+ Ability to troubleshoot, adjust tooling, and maintain machine efficiency
+ Experience with lathe and mill operations

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loves Park, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
