    **💵 Pay:** $17–$19/hour (based on shift)

    • Shifts Available:

    + 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

    + 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

    + 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

    • What You’ll Do

    + 🧩 Assemble high-voltage polymer insulators with precision

    + 🛠️ Use hand and power tools

    + 🏭 Operate molding machines

    + 📦 Package and inspect products

    + 🔄 Rotate through different roles to build your skillset

    • What We’re Looking For

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Experience with tools (preferred)

    + Willingness to learn and adapt

    + Prior experience in production (a plus)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
