Job Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including Brother models.
+ Edit programs as needed; programming experience is a plus but not required.
+ Machine prototyping is desirable.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders accurately.
+ Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience setting up CNC mills.
+ Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with short run job machining.
+ Experience with more complex setups and Mastercam programming.
+ Knowledge of vertical mills, Solidworks, and GD&T.
+ Experience with Fanuc, axis setup, lathe, and prototype machining.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockton, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $30.00/hr.
