Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
This entry-level role is pivotal in supporting manual packaging operations, cleaning, and material handling tasks within a regulated manufacturing environment. The position requires adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines under close supervision.
Responsibilities
+ Manually load and unload raw materials and finished products.
+ Operate pallet jacks for efficient material transport.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S principles.
+ Follow proper cleaning procedures for rooms, small parts, and equipment.
+ Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Follow verbal instructions and production procedures diligently.
+ Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with cleanroom protocols, packaging, and production line operations.
+ Proficiency in using pallet jacks and handling materials.
+ Ability to review batch records and handle chemicals.
+ Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
+ Comfort with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and production machinery.

Work Environment
This role operates within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleanroom production environment. The position offers flexibility with shift options available: 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with a shift differential, and a 3rd Shift from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM or 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a shift differential. The company has transitioned the 3rd shift to a 4-day, 10-hour workweek, providing candidates the option to choose between schedules. Dress code adheres to GMP standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20/hr.
