    • About the Role

We’re hiring a General Laborer to support warehouse operations in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics or production who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail

    + Label products and perform final quality inspections to ensure standards are met

    + Assist with receiving freight, unpackaging materials, and checking inventory into the system

    + Assemble hoses and tubes for specialized military projects

    + Support various warehouse tasks including picking heads and general material handling

    • What You Bring

    + Experience in production, packaging, or order picking

    + Skilled with reach trucks, cherry pickers, and RF scanner guns

    + Familiarity with inventory software and cycle counting

    + Comfortable using a tape measure and basic hand tools

    + High School diploma required

    • Bonus Skills

    + Prior experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator

    + Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed

    + Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
