MIG Welder – Build with Precision, Craft with Pride

Looking for a hands-on role where your welding skills make a real impact? Join a team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and quality. As a MIG Welder, you’ll help create durable, high-quality metal carts, cabinets, and stainless steel tables that are built to last.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Use your welding expertise to bring metal components together with precision

+ Set up parts and choose the right welding method based on each project

+ Follow clear instructions — both written and verbal — to complete builds accurately

+ Keep safety top of mind by following all PPE and material handling procedures

+ Stay active throughout the day with a mix of standing, bending, assembling, and lifting

What You Bring to the Table:

+ MIG welding experience — whether through certification or 1–3 years on the job

+ A solid understanding of welding techniques and how to apply them in real-world builds

+ A willingness to learn and grow by combining classroom knowledge with hands-on experience

**Shift:** 2nd shift M-Thurs- 3:25pm-1:55am $1 shift differential. OT on Fridays!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Beloit, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
