We’re **urgently hiring** a **Millwright Mechanic** to join our field service team in Camp Hill, PA. If you have hands-on experience with motors, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery— **this is your chance to step into a high-impact role** with competitive pay and growth potential.

•** **Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform rigging, installation, service, and repairs on motors and rotating equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical-mechanical systems

+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

+ Complete job documentation accurately and on time

+ Follow all safety and operational procedures

•** **Requirements:

+ 2+ years of experience with industrial motors or automotive/diesel systems

+ Skilled in rigging, welding, and mechanical installation

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to work independently or lead a crew

•** **Preferred Qualifications:

+ Trade school, vocational training, or military technician background

+ Field balancing experience (highly preferred)

+ Familiarity with HVAC, generators, and industrial systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
