Job Title: Laborer/ bundler/ Machine Operator, Welder/ 21.34hr, 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Description

The laborer will be responsible for preparing and bundling pipes for delivery to various construction sites. This role involves measuring and cutting pipes to the correct size, safely handling chemicals and materials, and ensuring accurate data entry into the computer system. Additionally, the laborer will assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed and ensure that all materials are correctly tagged and bundled.

Responsibilities

+ Bundle and tag pipes accurately for delivery.

+ Measure and cut pipes to specified sizes.

+ Safely handle chemicals and materials.

+ Input data into the computer system accurately.

+ Load and unload trucks as needed.

+ Ensure correct bundling and tagging of loose pipes.

+ Follow up on tools and materials as required.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of related work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Tow motor experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a production environment, predominantly indoors, where the laborer will ensure products are bundled and tagged correctly. Occasionally, materials may need to be loaded onto trucks outside the building. The facility features a mix of new and older equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.34 - $21.84/hr.
