    • About the Role

     

    We’re hiring a **Production Supervisor** to lead operations in the manufacturing of heat transfer coils. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee 50–90 employees, drive production efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You’ll be empowered to manage people, processes, and systems while making data-driven decisions that directly affect output and customer satisfaction.

     

    •️ Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and support employees in a designated department

    + Hire, train, and retain coil shop team members

    + Ensure timely, accurate production aligned with engineering drawings and bills of material

    + Promote and enforce safety policies; address hazards and employee concerns

    + Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching

    + Enforce company policies and resolve personnel issues fairly

    + Monitor production schedules and optimize output

    + Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations

    + Recommend equipment and facility improvements

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

    + Operate within budgeted labor standards

    • Must-Have Qualifications

    + 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience at a single employer (stable work history)

    + Direct supervisory experience over employees and production systems

    + Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills

    + Data-driven mindset with ability to adjust production based on metrics

    + ERP system experience (RAE uses IFS)

    • Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    + Degree in mechanical engineering, supply chain management, business, or related field

    + Familiarity with leadership books like _Theory of Constraints_ and _The Goal_

    + **Proven production impact (e.g., “Led 15 people to produce $60M in output”)**

    + **HVAC or refrigeration industry experience**

    + **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification**

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
