    **Location:** Saint Paul, MN

    **Job Type:** Permanent, Full-Time

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Warehouse Specialist** to join a medical device packaging company in Saint Paul. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, and handling surgical instruments in a cleanroom environment. The position reports to the Inventory Manager, with a planned transition to a Warehouse Manager by the end of 2025 due to automation upgrades.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Pick, inspect, and package surgical instrument orders.

    + Prepare and mark instruments as needed.

    + Operate shipping software and SAP for order processing.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment following full gowning procedures.

    + Use kanban systems for inventory control.

    + Perform cycle counts and manage inventory.

    + Operate a forklift when necessary.

    + Transport items between facilities (across the street).

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Experience in packaging and order picking.

    + Proficiency in inventory management and cycle counting.

    + Familiarity with SAP and shipping software.

    + Ability to work within a kanban system.

    + Strong teamwork and material handling skills.

    Additional Qualifications

    + High School diploma or GED.

    + Ability to produce detailed, high-quality work.

    + Comprehension of verbal and written instructions.

    + Physical ability to stand, stoop, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
