Maintenance Technician – $30–$37/hr – Paris, KY

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

+ Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability

+ Maintain detailed maintenance records and follow safety protocols

+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes

What You Bring:

+ Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

+ Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and motors is a plus

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maysville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
