•** **What You’ll Do

As a **Maintenance Electrician** , you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our electrical and mechanical systems running smoothly. From diagnosing malfunctions to installing new equipment, your work ensures our production never skips a beat.

•️** **Key Responsibilities

+ Install, repair, and maintain **electrical and mechanical systems**

+ **Troubleshoot PLC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical issues**

+ **Replace or adjust worn components to restore optimal performance**

+ **Collaborate with engineers and machinists** on equipment installs and layout changes

+ Assemble and test **motor controls, transformers, and programmable controllers**

+ **Create and update wiring diagrams and electrical documentation**

+ **Follow lockout/tagout procedures** and uphold all safety standards

+ Communicate with internal teams to ensure repairs are effective and timely

•️** **What You Bring

+ Strong skills in **electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting** , and system diagnostics

+ Ability to read and interpret **schematics and ladder logic**

+ **Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems**

+ **Experience with magnetic and electronic control systems**

+ **Proficiency with electrical test instruments**

+ **Clear communication and a proactive, safety-first mindset**

•** **Bonus Skills

+ Experience with **pneumatic systems** and **maintenance repair**

+ **Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments**

+ **Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team**

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $86000.00/yr.
