Job Title: Sandblaster Paint Sprayer - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for sandblasting and prepping parts for various customers and applications. This role primarily involves sandblasting and preparing materials for the paint line and finish work.
Responsibilities
+ Perform sandblasting and preparation of materials for the paint line.
+ Ensure all parts are properly prepped for a variety of different applications.
+ Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
+ Follow and adhere to proper procedures and guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of experience in sandblasting or painting.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
+ Experience in sandblasting, paint prep, and industrial painting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with powder coating is advantageous.
+ Prior experience in sandblasting is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
+ Candidates should be coachable and willing to learn.

Work Environment
Work in an industrial paint and coatings shop focused on outsourced parts for industrial equipment. 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday through Thursday).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
