**Job Title** : Mechanical Assembler

**Location** : Fort Myers, FL

**Pay Rate** : $17–$18/hour

**Schedule** : M-Th 6 am to 4:30pm; OT on Fridays

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Fort Myers. This position involves assembling mechanical systems and components, including plumbing and conduit, in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience working with plumbing and conduit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints

Install and route plumbing and conduit as part of mechanical assemblies

Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Inspect and test assembled components for quality and functionality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with plumbing and conduit installation (residential, commercial, or industrial)

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
