Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team, offering both daylight and overnight shifts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities through expert maintenance and repair of production equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.

+ Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including working with 480v systems, AC/DC theory, and 3-phase motors.

+ Conduct mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts.

+ Utilize blueprints for effective troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Perform PLC maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience with 480v systems.

+ Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience including hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with PLC maintenance.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAKMONT, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
