Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes, while performing a variety of building-related duties. This includes assembling furniture, managing electrical work, and occasionally running data cables. You will also be responsible for basic machinery and equipment repairs, such as CNC machines, forklifts, and pneumatic equipment, and executing emergency custodial duties like clearing clogs and repairing leaks.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes.
+ Perform building-related duties including chair and furniture assembly, partition and wall assembly/disassembly, changing lightbulbs, electrical work, and data relocation.
+ Conduct basic repairs to machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, forklifts, table routers, air filters, pneumatic equipment, heater controls, electric motors, air compressors, blow guns, and hand tools.
+ Perform emergency custodial duties, including clearing clogs, repairing leaks, and clean-up.
+ Maintain supplies for building and grounds, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and hand sanitizer.
+ Perform building and grounds duties, including snow removal, salting operations, and grass/shrub watering and care if needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized working environment in accordance with safe housekeeping requirements.
+ Complete other projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with pneumatics, repair, and maintenance mechanics.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance and mechanical repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or mechanical roles.
+ Ability to be mentored by a maintenance manager.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift role with work hours from 6:30 am to 3 pm, offering some flexibility if necessary. The shop is known for its cleanliness and commitment to quality, manufacturing parts for industries such as automotive and construction. The dress code is casual, reflecting the hands-on nature of the work.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
