    Job Title: Robotics Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Robotics Maintenance Technician to support our controls engineers in maintaining and troubleshooting FANUC robots in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct support to controls engineers for FANUC robots.

    + Perform robotic maintenance tasks in a weld shop setting.

    + Conduct troubleshooting on automation, robotics, electrical, and mechanical systems.

    + Engage in preventive maintenance and uphold OSHA safety guidelines.

    + Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all maintenance activities.

    + Collaborate with employees and vendors at various levels to ensure smooth operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of two to three years of experience in a relevant trade.

    + Robotic maintenance experience, particularly with FANUC robots.

    + Experience working in a weld shop environment.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in automation, robotics, and electrical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to make sound decisions and seek management advice when necessary.

    + Capability to establish and maintain relationships with employees and vendors.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility specializing in robotic welding. The role requires flexibility to support 3rd shift primarily, with the possibility of assisting 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, TX.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
