    JOB TITLE: Building Materials Specialist

     

    REPORTING TO: Building Materials Operations Manager

     

    JOB LOCATION: Nampa, ID

     

    FUNCTION: The Building Materials Specialist provides internal sales support and exceptional service to current and potential customers.

    KEY ACTIVITIES:

    + Visualizes, defines, communicates, and implements the company vision and core values.

    + Provides effective administrative support to sales

    + Provides support to project estimators as

    + Enters customer orders/transactions in Bistrack and confirms that price, discount level and product requirements are

    + Assists walk-in customers by answering product/service questions and providing project solutions.

    + Provides exceptional customer service and team support and product

    + Accurately maintains customer records, ensuring that customer, prospect, and account information is

    + Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook,

    + Serves as a safety champion by adhering to all company safety policies and guidelines

    + Performs other duties as

    + Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical

    + Possesses a detailed knowledge of Sunpro products, processes, and relevant production capabilities.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    + High School Diploma or

    + Experience in sales, construction, or related

    + Consistent history of exceptional professional progress and

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    + Mostly sedentary work: extended periods of sitting.

    + Regular, but short periods of bending, standing, or lifting.

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly from floor to waist height. Occasionally lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance. Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds overhead.

    + Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.

    + Periods of standing at a counter and walking around the building.
