Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects with precision and expertise. This position blends field supervision and office coordination to ensure projects are executed safely, punctually, and within financial plans. You will be the main liaison between clients, contractors, and field teams, managing every detail to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from initial planning to final completion.

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and field teams to address concerns and provide updates.

• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with field crews to resolve any challenges or unforeseen issues.

• Manage documentation and reporting for project progress and financials.

• Oversee invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain organized project records.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Ability to analyze budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations.

• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
