    The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, deep digital expertise, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results across channels.

     

    Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid media), and managing budgets to maximize ROI. The Director will leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to improve performance, mentor a growing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel growth.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

    + 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    + Proven success developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.

    + Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

    + Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

    + Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    + Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

    + Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience managing external agencies and vendors.

    + Strong background in performance marketing and campaign optimization.

    + Creative and data-driven approach to marketing innovation.
