Description

• Processing invoices for daily check runs

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for payment

• Perform 3-way matching (verifying supplier invoices by comparing them with purchase orders and delivery receipts)

• Maintains all AP reports and spreadsheets

Requirements

+ 2+ years’ experience working within Accounts Payable

+ Fast and accurate data entry skills

+ Proficient in Excel

+ An Accounting Degree ++
