    Senior Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain

    Job Description:

    The Sr. Financial Analyst will work with Arrow Global Supply Chain organization to provide global financial reporting and analysis across multiple Business Units and regions. This position reports to the Sr. Supply Chain Finance Manager and is a key business partner to our Director & VP level operations leaders in managing their P&Ls and budgets. The role will provide analysis of the organization’s financial performance against plan and forecast, perform monthly budget variance analysis and will prepare financial reports, charts, and other project analytics as necessary.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + P & L Analysis: Conducts independent analysis and interpretation of the business unit P & L and its components when requested by Finance leadership or Business.Reporting: Designs and builds business unit reports indicating analysis and understanding of business trends, offering useful business insights/conclusions. Identifies trends and works with appropriate teams to understand and address the underlying root causes.

    + Identifies opportunities for standardization and process improvements; presents findings to the senior leaders with the proposed solutions; able to plan and implement necessary changes.

    + Consolidates financials from regions and business units to put together a complete picture of financial results. High visibility role presenting financial results to business leaders monthly.

    + Projects: Works on projects assigned by manager and as necessitated by business partners. Uses high analytical skills to put together accurate and detailed analysis.

    + Planning and Forecasting: Understand the various elements of the P & L and B/S and their relationship and provide detailed analysis of the data to the business unit leaders. Leads the forecasting process across all regions and business units.

    + Consolidates the forecast to be used in monthly reporting.

    + Develop monthly and quarterly project budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, identify drivers and trends that result in actionable decision making.

    + Executive Meeting Prep and Leadership: Assist in the preparation of Executive- level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews and monthly spend reviews, and engage with Senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.

    + Business Partnering: Establishes relationships with business partners around the world to facilitate in the accurate collection of monthly financial data and understanding business trends.

    + Increases team’s productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools and end-to-end process optimization.

    + As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.

    What We Are Looking For:

    + Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, and/or production service businesses

    + 5+ years of experience in business analytics

    + Advanced degree and financial certifications (MBA, MSF, CFA, CPA, etc.) a plus

    + Advanced Microsoft Office skills – MS Excel, MS Power Point

    + Global experience

    + Experience managing cross functional projects

    **The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:** _(Preferred)_

    + Power BI proficiency a plus

    + Supply chain experience

    Work Arrangement:

    Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $84,500.00 - $104,500.00

     

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
