    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the go-to person for both customers and sales reps, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

    Your day-to-day will include:

    + Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting orders

    + Creating accurate and timely parts quotes

    + Supporting Inside and Outside Sales teams, plus Market Development Managers

    + Collaborating across departments to fulfill and revise orders

    + Managing phone and email queues with professionalism and care

    + Logging customer feedback and ensuring follow-through in our CRM system

     

    This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate clearly will be essential.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook and Teams)

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to write clear, professional emails without relying on scripts

    + A proactive mindset—you think on your feet and take initiative

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    + Comfortable working under pressure and handling interruptions with grace

    + Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels

    Requirements

    Tools You’ll Use:

    + CRM System: Navigate and update customer records, quotes, and orders

    + Microsoft Teams: Collaborate with teammates via chat, video, and screen sharing

    + Outlook: Your main hub for customer communication

     

    This is a full-time, in-office position based in Omaha, NE. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and a little bit of fun.
