    Description

    Robert Half has partnered with a locally-owned real estate and construction company in Southern Maine to locate a Staff Accountant for a full time postition with benefits.

    The ideal Accounting candidate will have the following skills & experience:

    + 2+ years accounting experience

    + Full-cycle general ledger through month-end close

    + QuickBooks and Advanced Excel

    + AP / AR and reconciliation

    + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar

    Must live in Maine - on-site position

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.

     

    • Proficiency in full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.

    • Strong skills in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving.

    • Ability to work on-site in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
