    Description

    Robert Half has partnered with a locally-owned real estate and construction company in Southern Maine to locate a Controller for a full time postition with benefits.

    The ideal Controller will have the following skills & experience:

    + 7+ years' progressive Accounting Management experience

    + Full-cycle general ledger through month-end close

    + QuickBooks and Advanced Excel

    + AP / AR, Payroll

    + Forecasting/Budgeting & Financial Reports

    + Industry experience in real estate, hospitality or construction.

    + Supervise team of 3-4

    + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MBA or similar

    + Legal knowledge a plus.
