    Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this contract role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and greet guests, contractors, and visitors as they arrive at the facility.

    • Handle check-in procedures for contractors to ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Operate and manage a switchboard with 1-10 phone lines, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a detail oriented atmosphere.

    • Provide accurate information to visitors regarding company policies and procedures.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to address visitor and contractor needs efficiently.

    • Monitor and manage visitor logs, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

    • Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the front office operations.

    • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure a smooth workflow. Requirements • Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems (1-10 lines).

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and contractors.

    • Ability to maintain a composed demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with visitor check-in procedures and record-keeping.

    • Basic proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
