Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Titusville, Florida. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient handling of financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including billing and payment collection.

• Perform commercial collections to ensure timely receipt of outstanding balances.

• Apply cash payments accurately, including checks, credit card transactions, and other payment types.

• Handle customer invoices and ensure all billing functions are completed efficiently.

• Oversee check runs and ensure proper processing of payments.

• Process credit card transactions and reconcile payments.

• Manage vendor accounts and ensure proper documentation and communication.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and transactions.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounts receivable processes. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

• Proficiency in handling commercial collections and cash applications.

• Familiarity with billing functions and processing customer invoices.

• Experience with check processing and credit card transaction management.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline processes.

• Knowledge of payment processing systems and financial documentation.
