Description

Robert Half is partnering with a client on a specialized legal research initiative and is seeking a Florida-barred attorney with deep expertise in Trusts & Estates, particularly in fiduciary litigation and contested matters.

Project Details

+ Start Date: November 2025

+ Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)

+ Compensation: $40/hour

+ Location: Fully remote

+ Weekly Commitment: 10–15 hours

Key Responsibilities

The selected attorney will:

+ Draft and annotate pleadings, settlement agreements, and related documents for fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, and other contested matters.

+ Create and revise practical guidance articles focused on Florida probate, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship law.

+ Develop checklists, charts, and other actionable resources tailored to contested Trusts & Estates issues.

+ Enhance existing materials with Florida-specific insights based on state law, local practices, and professional experience.

Qualifications

+ J.D. from an accredited law school

+ Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida Trusts & Estates law, including:

+ Drafting estate planning documents

+ Handling probate administration

+ Managing fiduciary litigation and guardianship proceedings

+ Strong legal writing, editing, and research skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes) and online legal research tools

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently

Requirements

+ J.D. from an accredited law school

+ Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida Trusts & Estates law, including:

+ Drafting estate planning documents
