About the Role:

Robert Half Legal is proud to partner with a prestigious plaintiff litigation trial firm focused on mass torts and complex litigation. This firm is seeking California-barred Associate Attorneys to join their team. Newly barred attorneys, as well as those with all levels of experience, are encouraged to apply.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-impact litigation cases. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in trial preparation, drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and conducting in-depth legal research.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

+ Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.

+ Manage discovery processes, including drafting, responding, and reviewing.

+ Assist in trial preparation and actively engage in litigation proceedings.

+ Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Mandatory: Active California Bar license.

+ Open to candidates of all experience levels, including newly barred attorneys.

+ Ability to work remotely for strong candidates. However, preference for attorneys who can commute to the Century City office 1-2 days per week in a hybrid capacity is highly desired.

+ Type: Contract-to-hire.
