Job Description:
**Lahey Hospital & Medical Center** is seeking a dedicated **Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)** to join our **outpatient Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine Division** .
What You'll Do
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
+ Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatients.
+ Provide treatment using pharmacologic medication management and psychotherapy interventions.
+ Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors.
+ Care for patients receiving complex, coordinated medical and surgical care within our Academic Medical Center setting.
+ Have opportunities for education and training of other staff and trainees (Academic appointments are available).
+ Evaluate, diagnose, consult, and treat a wide range of psychiatric, substance use, behavioral, or emotional disorders.
Required Qualifications:
+ Education: Graduate of a Master’s Program in Nursing.
+ Certification: ANCC certification in psychiatric and mental health nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
+ Licensure: Completion of appropriate psychopharmacology courses and current prescriptive authority in Massachusetts.

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
