As the Manager - Transformation Program Governance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks that ensure the successful execution of Wesco’s data transformation initiative. You will oversee program cadence, change control processes, deployment playbooks, program reporting of KPIs, internal controls, supporting user access mapping activities, and communications. You are a central point of accountability for program integrity, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives. **_Please note that this role is Hybrid work status and will require weekly reporting to a designated Wesco branch location. ( Glenview, IL - Jersey Village, TX or Pittsburgh, PA )_**
Responsibilities:
+ Drive program governance tailored to transformation needs, promoting collaboration and transparency across workstreams (e.g., PMO, Agile, hybrid).
+ Ensure alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and audit standards.
+ Maintain clear governance documentation and consistency across teams.
+ Lead recurring governance forums (e.g., steering committees, risk reviews) and partner with PMO on frameworks and standards.
+ Track milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to keep delivery on track.
+ Develop and manage a standardized deployment playbook covering readiness, cutover, and post-launch activities.
+ Oversee change control processes for scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring traceability and impact assessment.
+ Define and monitor key KPIs (e.g., milestones, budget, risk resolution, stakeholder engagement).
+ Build executive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
+ Deliver timely, accurate updates to leadership and governance bodies.
+ Partner with audit and compliance teams to align program activities with control requirements.
+ Support remediation efforts and maintain audit-ready documentation.
+ Coordinate role-based access needs with deployment and security teams.
+ Support communication and change management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree - Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
+ 7+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or business transformation
+ Strong understanding of governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, PMI)
+ Experience with enterprise transformation programs (ERP, CRM, digital platforms)
+ Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
+ Certification in PMP, PgMP, or governance-related frameworks preferred
+ Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) preferred
+ Strong analytical and documentation skills preferred
+ Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence across teams preferred
+ Ability to travel 0% - 25%
