    Job Description

    Currently Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time permanent position in Riverside, RI

    Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist:

    -Prepare and process all invoices

     

    Maintain several vendor accounts and establish new vendors

     

    -Perform data entry of invoices other financial data

     

    -Match purchase orders and proof of delivery to invoice -

     

    -Research and resolve balance and other discrepancies

     

    -Batch invoices and enter data into accounts payable system

     

    -complete payroll tasks

     

    Compile and maintain information in spreadsheets and other electronic formats

     

    -Prepare various reports on a monthly or as needed basis

     

    -Perform other tasks as assigned

    Requirements of Accounts Payable Specialist:

    -Previous experience working in Accounts payable

     

    -Excellent computer skills

     

    -Superior attention to detail

     

    -Understanding of general accounting functions

     

    -Great organizational skills

     

    -Strong Computer skills

     

    -Problem solver

    Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

    Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr based on experience
