    Technical Product Manager / Hybrid Role - Austin, TX or Seattle, WA / (12 Month Contract)

     

    Work Requirement: Weekly hybrid work schedule. Required to work in office 3 days per week in either Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.

    + As part of this team, we build exciting software technology products that help with security and loss prevention for company operations.

    + We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Technical Product Manager - Technical to drive our suite of critical software to deliver world-class value for risk, resilience, and investigation management.

     

    Your Profile

     

    + The right candidate possesses strong experience in customer-experience and product and program management, combined with solid understanding of current cloud-based software and web technologies.

    + You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.

    + The candidate should have a track record of timely delivery of projects, be willing to dig in and get the job done, providing input to speed up key decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead a set of products to develop and execute the product roadmap using the company's working backwards process, including identifying customer pain points and new opportunities

    + Establish best practices to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams using the company's working backwards process

    + Reinforce a team's ability to analyze emerging industry trends in Security & Loss prevention that can contribute to the long-term product strategy

    + Work with multiple engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives

    + Collaborate with user experience teams, data engineering, and solution architects to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows

    + Create foundational mechanisms to analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve product performance and user experience across the organization and suite of products

    + Monitor the execution of projects in the portfolio, providing project progress to stakeholders when needed, identify and mitigating risks, and pushing for appropriate levels of quality to maintain the overall integrity of the project

    + Work closely with various teams to ensure scalability and maintainability of the products

    + Leverage LLM /ML/ agentic AI technologies to solve business challenges

    This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
