• Procurement Analyst/Project Coordinator

    TEKsystems (Jackson, MS)


    The Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic sourcing and proposal efforts. This position is responsible for tracking current and upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities, ensuring timely escalation to the proposals and response team, and maintaining accurate timelines and documentation for all active RFPs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and monitor current and future RFP opportunities across relevant platforms and sources.

     

    Maintain a centralized database of RFPs with key details including deadlines, requirements, and submission instructions.

     

    Promptly escalate relevant RFPs to the proposals and response team for evaluation and action.

     

    Serve as a liaison between procurement, sales, and proposal teams to ensure alignment and timely responses.Track and manage timelines for all active RFPs, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Provide regular updates and reminders to stakeholders regarding upcoming due dates and deliverables.Maintain accurate records of RFP submissions, outcomes, and feedback. Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into RFP pipeline and performance metrics. Recommend and implement improvements to RFP tracking and escalation processes.

     

    Support the development of tools and templates to streamline procurement operations.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
