Description

The Infrastructure Support Network Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's IT environment. This position is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a broad range of hardware and software systems. The analyst will provide support, training, and consultation to both internal and external users, ensuring a seamless technology experience. In addition to strong troubleshooting skills, the ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and working hands-on with networking equipment. This role will also support an upcoming infrastructure refresh initiative, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to IT systems and network support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
