What You’ll Do:

+ Provide prompt, professional service with a focus on one-call resolution.

+ Accurately enter inbound leads and follow up as needed.

+ Handle client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy details.

+ Multitask across systems while maintaining high attention to detail.

+ Collaborate in a team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and company growth.

Compensation: Base pay + commission

Start date: December 1st

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

+ Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License

Preferred:

+ Call center experience

+ Associate’s degree or higher

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish)

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $24.52/hr.
