Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming productivity by combining large language models (LLMs) with your data in the Microsoft Graph and the M365 apps millions rely on daily.
This role is in the Office AI org which is central to the development of M365 Copilot, and where we design and deliver AI-native experiences in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. As a **Senior Product Manager** , you’ll work full stack: from crafting intuitive user experiences to designing shared components and underlying technical infrastructure, all while working across our many app team partners. We’re looking for someone who strategically considers what AI can unlock, not just as a feature, but as a paradigm shift in how people work.

Responsibilities
+ Define product vision and strategy by creating scenarios that satisfy customer needs, accrue business outcomes, and drive future product investments.
+ Partner with engineering teams to develop experience and platform investments which align to product needs.
+ Build and develop solid relationships across M365 app teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to align on vision, plans, and processes, and to help drive clarity across all stakeholders.
+ Manage strategic development cycles and define key milestones, including workback schedules, research and design dependencies, and tooling.
+ Foresee and resolve bottlenecks, anticipate and balance trade-offs, and weigh customer and business needs against technical limitations.

Qualifications
**Required Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ years experience developing, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI models, including but not limited to, large language models (LLMs), computer vision models, or other machine learning systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and adpat to evolving priorities and ambiguous situations.
+ Proven capacity to make sound decisions and exercise judgement in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
