We’re seeking an innovative, detail-oriented professional to strengthen our Residential Program through leadership in Staff Action Plan development and project coordination.     Position is 40 hours per week. Rate of pay is $23-$28/hour depending on experience. This position is fully benefits eligible.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in the creation, implementation, and distribution of Staff Action Plans within the mandatory timeframes for the residential program .

    + Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of program and organizational projects, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards.

    + Use technology effectively for documentation, communication, data tracking, and program development tasks.

    + Work independently and collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and other stakeholders to support program goals and outcomes.

    + Understand and use perspectives and techniques of other team members in program design and daily activities

    + Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve differences and come to conclusion with team member

    + Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to support staff development and program success.

    + Maintain records as required

    + Prepare reports as required by program standards

    + Use of smartphone for documentation purposes required. Ownership/usage of personal smartphone is strongly preferred

    Qualifications

    + Education/Ce rtification: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field . M inimum of three year s of professional experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD ). must have a valid New York State Driver’s license, and ability to meet approved Driver criteria.

    + Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask a high volume work

    + Knowledge: Interest in and knowledge of developmental disabilities . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems

    + Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/assist in the transfer of others, with the ability to lift/transfer a minimum of 50 pounds; ability to operate standard office equipment.
